Access to, and use of, the services offered by Reverse Technology Group, LLC through the Website is limited to our Customers. Each Customer hereby represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and will comply with the provisions of Paragraph 4 of this Agreement. Customers shall notify Reverse Technology Group, LLC immediately upon (i) any change in the authorization of Customer's access to the Website, or (ii) the use of the Website by any Customer which is unlawful, improper, or in violation of the terms of this Agreement. Reverse Technology Group, LLC, in its sole discretion, may refuse to permit a Customer to use the Website and/or limit a Customers use of the Website in the event that we believe that the Customer is in breach of one or more of the terms of this Agreement.

5. Access to the Website

a) Physical Connection to Website. Customer is responsible for providing all equipment necessary to access the Internet and the Website. Requirements for access to the Website are available upon request.

b) Website Availability. While Reverse Technology Group, LLC's objective is to make the Website accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, we may make the Website unavailable from time to time for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, for routine maintenance. Customer understands and acknowledges that due to circumstances both within and outside of our control, access to the Website may be interrupted, suspended or terminated from time to time without notice. Customer agrees that Reverse Technology Group, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from any such interruption, suspension or termination of the Website.

c) Customer Names and Passwords. Access to and use of certain portions of the Website is through a combination of a Customer's Name, Loan Number and/or Password; subject to the acceptance by.

d) Use of Passwords. Each Customer shall use a unique User Name and Password. No person is permitted to access the Website using the User Name or Password of any other person. Each Customer is solely responsible to ensure that it takes no action or omits to take any action which in either case results in any other person utilizing his/her User Name or Password. Reverse Technology Group, LLC is not responsible for the use of any Customer's User Name and Password by another party.

6. Appropriate Customer Activities

Customer shall comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, statutes, rules and regulations regarding using the Website. Customer shall not tamper in any way with the software or functionality of the Website. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer shall not place any material onto the Website which contains any viruses, malicious code, time bombs, Trojan horses, worms, or other devices that may damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or information contained in or encompassing the Website. Customer shall not take any action, or omit to take any reasonable action, which would constitute an invasion of privacy of any other Customer. Use of tools designed for compromising privacy or security is strictly prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer specifically agrees to abide by the terms set forth in the Privacy Statement.

7. Limitation of Liability

NEITHER Reverse Technology Group, LLC NOR ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, REPRESENTATIVES, SHAREHOLDERS, ATTORNEYS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE.
